Lets start step by step.

1.    Open Microsoft Excel new file.



2.    We  will enter some dummy data for excel table.



3.    Select all data to make a Pivot Table.


4. Click on Insert Tab.


5. Select "Pivot Table" from toolbar.


6.    A dialog box will open just click "OK" as range for table is already selected.


7.    Last step to choose fields for report and your pivot table is ready.


Above table is made from dummy data but with actual data you can manipulate Pivot Table in different ways. You can also format this table and use anywhere you want.
